Premium Assets has been granted by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) a license as an ‘Asset Manager’ as per article 17 & seq. of FinIA, thus meeting the personal, financial and organizational legal requirements.
Premium Assets is affiliated with the supervisory organization (SO) from AOOS as well as with Ombud Finance Suisse, an authorized mediation body. It is also a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM).

Philip founded and managed two groups which went on one after the other to become world leaders in mobile and audiovisual technology.
Having established a presence in 23 countries, assembled a workforce of 2,000 employees and achieved annual sales of 200 million US dollars, he left modern technology in 2008 to focus on new projects, particularly in the financial sector.

Master’s from the Graduate Institute of International Studies at the University of Geneva (IUHEI)
Anne-Valérie has specialised in monitoring and managing the wealth of private clients since 1994. In 2004, she joined private bank Anglo Irish Bank (Genève) SA as a senior asset manager. Following this bank’s acquisition in 2007 by St. Galler Kantonalbank AG and its integration into Hyposwiss Private Bank (Genève) SA, Anne-Valérie helped with the bank’s strategic development while continuing to manage her clients.
She decided to establish her own wealth management company, Premium Assets SA, in 2012 with the support of Philip Plaisance.

Christophe has worked in wealth management for major banking groups in Switzerland and abroad since 1998. He met Anne-Valérie in 2009 at Hyposwiss Private Bank Genève SA before joining Premium Assets in February 2014.

Steven started his career at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise before moving to HSBC Geneva’s alternative investment department in 2006.
He joined Premium Assets as a portfolio manager in 2012. Steven devotes himself to developing the company and has a hands-on role in client care.

Emilie began her career at UBS in 2007. She has worked in Geneva and Singapore. In 2010, she joined the wealth management department of Hyposwiss Private Bank Genève SA.
Moving to Premium Assets in February 2014, she took responsibility for monitoring and implementing codes of conduct and anti-money-laundering regulations.

Alexandre has more than 20 years of experience in the management of funds and bond portfolios as well as money market products denominated in various currencies. He has worked notably at Unigestion and Royal Bank of Canada (Suisse) SA where he was in charge of bond management. After three years at SYZ Asset Management, he joined the Premium team in October 2019 as Fixed Income Portfolio Manager.

After gaining 15 years of experience in two major international groups – Yahoo! and Reed Elsevier – in which he held various management and development positions, Thierry turned his attention to investment in 2013 (acquisitions, private equity and start-up support) before joining Premium Assets in 2016.
